Ming Pao finished selling HK$60Mln of Magazine to Tom.com

Ming Pao Enterprise Corp. (0685) declared it had completed its negotiations to sell 50% of its unit Yazhou Zhoukan Holdings Ltd. to Energetic Assets Ltd. for HK$60mln. Following the sale, Yazhou Zhoukan will stop to be a unit of Ming Pao.
