CIL Holdings cancels placement plan

CIL Holdings Ltd(0479) announced to have canceled plan of placing as many as 3 mln new shares, for a final agreement between placing agency and potential investors was not reached. The company is seeking other ways to raise capital.CIL Holdings announced last Dec to issue 3 bln new shares at HK$0.01 to individual investors to raise HK$28.6 mln for paying debts and working capital.
