Sega.com buyback off-market share and rename as Cheong ming investments.

Sega.com Asia Limited(1196) said that the company has despatched a circular concerning a discloseable and connected transaction which involved off-market share repurchase to shareholders on March 3. The directors have proposed to change the company name to Cheong Ming Investments Limited.
