HSBC Finance (Brunei) to acquire Local IRB Finance for $32.6mln

HSBC Finance (Brunei) plans to acquire all stake of local IRB Finance at US$32.6mln on cash.IRB Finance is engaged in acquisition of vehicles and architecture device and renting service. Inchape Motors once owned its 70% shareholding. The related transaction will be completed on 22th , March.
