Mainland foreign trade authorization to be opened in 3 years

The opening of foreign trade authorization will be realized soon. From this year, China government will open foreign trade authorization to enterprises in three years. Operating of foreign trade merchandise will not be approved by government department, but a registration at industrial and commercial administration is necessary.
