LifeTec Group increases stake

Having held 50% stake already, Sin Sai Yung ,the Chairman of LifeTec Group Ltd.(1180) ,announced to purchase 115.122 mln stake of Great Smart Ltd through his wholly-owned Best Top Offshore Ltd on Feb 23. His stake increased to 195.36 mln.
