China Mobile to raise RMB 5 bln to pay off debts by issuing bonds

According sources, China Mobile (Hong Kong) Ltd. (0941) planned to issue bonds to raise RMB 5 bln to pay the loan of RMB12.5 bln for acquisition of 7-province mobile phone networks. The major issuer is China International Finance. Promotion will be carried out in April. Period of bonds is ten.
