PCCW rumored to purchase "Hong Kong Yellow Pages"

It is said that Pacific Century CyberWorks (0008) plans to acquire from a Canadian partner the interest in the publisher of Hong Kong Yellow Pages. CyberWorks will hold the whole of Telecom Directories after the transaction. The company acquired 37.65% stake in ChinaBIG, a business online directory for HK$200 mln in September.
