Counter services to be charged by Heng Seng Bank

According to agreement of cancellation of interest in July, Heng Seng is about to implement renovation and various charges policies. Customers are expected to be charged on counter service.Vincent Cheng, vice-chairman and chief executive of Hang Seng Bank said counter service may be reduced after the active development of online bank services.
