Zeng Peiyan : Issuing national bond, a great help to economy growth

Zeng Peiyian, the executive of China Plan and Development Committee, said extra national bonds would play important role in economy growth.There are total RMB360 bln long-term national bonds issued from 1998 to 2000, which attracted RMB75 bln investment of matching capital from local and department enterprise and loan from bank. Infrastructures, science and environmental protection and social development project have benefited most.
