EVI to be listed on CEM to raise HK$60 mln

EVI(8090) to be listed on CEM on 15th this month will issue 160 mln shares . The IPO price is HK$0.32 to HK$0.39 each . HK$51.2 to HK$62.4 will be raised accordingly. All the shares will be placed.
