Merrill Lynch : merge of Asia-Pacific internet and computer software development

Merrill Lynch announced to merge its two subsidiaries, Asia-Pacific Internet and Computer software development department, into a unit. The new department would be under the charge of Matei Mihalca, the former president of Merrill Lynch in Asia-Pacific region.
