Legend announces spin-off project of China digital.

Liu Chuanzhi , the chairman of Legend Holdings Ltd.(0992), said at Beijing that the company would announce the spin-off plan of its subsidiary ,China Digital. China digital would keep cooperation with others strategic partners after being listed.
