Tem Fat Hing Fung (Holdings)(0661) has successfully invited Cheung Kong (0001) and Hutchison Whampoa (0013) to buy its stakes. The company will hold a press conference at 5:30 pm today to disclose the details, citing Raymond Chan Fat-chu, the company's chairman.
