Legend Holdings proposes to spin off unit Digitial China for Hong Kong listing

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Legend Holdings said it proposes to spin off its unit Digital China for a separate listing in Hong Kong.It said it may issue a special dividend in the form of Digital China's shares or cash to its shareholders. Legend closed up HK$0.15 at HK$6.15.
