Legend to spin off China Digital as two independent companies

Legend Group(0992) chairman Liu Chuanzhi announced that the group would not hold stake of China Digital after it is spun off. They would be independent companies owned by parent company. China Digital¡¦s 9-month to last Dec turnover amounted for 31% of the total of Legend and the profit amounted for 15%.
