iLink.net Says IPO 7.2 Times Oversubscribed

iLink.net (8107) said its share offering was 7.2 times oversubscribed.The company raised HK$140.8 mln by selling 110 mln new shares, or 10.4% of its enlarged share capital, at HK$1.28 each through a private placement to institutional investors.PCCW currently owns 40.84% of iLink.Upon completion of the IPO, iLink will be held 47.9% by PCCW; 20.6% by DotCom Pacific; 10.4% by the public, 8.9% by Henderson Land Development's (0012) Henderson Investment; 7.6% by iLink's employees and the remaining 4.6% by Dell Ventures.Trading on the Growth Enterprise Market will begin on March 9. BNP Paribas Peregrine and e2-Capital are handling the issue.iLink also provides Internet application solution, network infrastructure and connectivity services.
