Far East Pharma to raise HK$140mln by placement

Far East Pharmaceutical Tech(0399) declared to acquire 85% of China Fujian Mingqing Pharmaceutical for HK$9.688 mln.A total of HK$143 mln will be raised by placing 15 mln new shares to an independent investor to pay for the acquisition and to be used as operating capital of the company.
