Singtao.com cuts 23 staff, transfers 17

Singtao.com, the Internet arm of Sing Tao Holdings (0233) yesterday said it would lay off 23 employees in editorial, web design and marketing and transfer another 17 staff to other positions. The exercise would reduce the workforce of the website to 21 from 61.
