Financial budget: tunnel privatization far less attractive than MTR

Being listed successfully in last October ,MTR recorded the first for Hong Kong public services. Donald Tsang said in financial budget that government was studying the privatization of tunnel after drawing experience from selling MTR. He did not let out other privatization projects.The privatization plan received no warm response due to limited growth potential despite the stable income of tunnel.
