Shenzhen High-tech acquires Shenzhen Shuguang Information

Shenzhen High-tech Holdings(0106), which was suspended today, acquired Shenzhen Shuguang Information for HK$201 mln by issuing 517 mln new shares at HK$0.1945 each and HK$100 mln convertible notes at HK$1.1945 each.
