PCCW, Arba Inc form JV to provide electronic purchase services

PCCW (0008) announced to form joint venture with Ariba Inc to provide electronic purchase service for Asia-Pacific enterprises.PCCW said the JV had been the sole acknowledging system provider of Ariba Inc in Asia excluding Japan. The JV could provide b2 b B2B schemes, consultancy and application service which would speed up purchasing process.
