Morgan Stanley to lay off 7 to 10% employees

Morgan Stanley Dean Writter , an investment bank of greatest market value in US, is considering laying off 7 to 10% employees and cutting cost against actual market development .There are 62000 employees in Morgan. The spokesman said the bank had no uniform plan to lay off employees at each department.
