PCCW & Telstra to bid for 3G License in H.K.

The mobile telecommunications JV company between Pacific Century CyberWorks (0008) and Australia's Telstra will bid for a third-generation license in Hong Kong.Cheung said C & W already announced that it is not in rush to sell the shares, and the sale of those shares will be conducted in an orderly manner. Network of the World (NOW) and interactive television unit iTV are going to merge and the further announcements will be made on March 28.
