PCCW, Arba Inc form JV to provide electronic purchase services (update)

PCCW announced to form joint venture with Ariba Inc to provide electronic purchase service for Asia-Pacific enterprises.PCCW said the JV had been the sole acknowledging system provider of Ariba Inc in Asia excluding Japan. The JV could provide B2B schemes, consultancy and application service which would speed up purchasing process.
