STOCKWATCH: China Digital spin-off has medium effect on Legend

An analyst at local securities expected the spin-off of China Digital would have a medium influence on Legend as China Digital has been independent from the production and sale of Legend. He pointed out that China Digital¡¦s earnings amounted for 15% of Legend whole net profit. The computer sale of Legend in mainland continued to rise and the spin-off would spread little negative affection on its earnings. He expected Legend to reach HK$7.4 in 12 months.
