Ananda not intends to sell its control shareholding

Ananda Wing On Travel (Holdings) (1189) made an announcement to clarify related information that appeared in todayˇ¦s newspaper, which said the companyˇ¦s main shareholders , Chan Brothers , would sell their shareholding control with aim to payoff the debt in cash . The company said that its shareholders had no intention to sell their shareholdings and no negotiation was under operation.
