PCCW has no intention to spin off JV for listing

David Prince, financial controller of PCCW(0008), said the company had no proposal to spin off Reach, the JV with Australia telecom.He said it was not proper time for internet companies to raise funds by listing. PCCW and Australia telecom have raised US$1500 for Reach and need not to raise funds at present.
