Leading Spirit High -Tech to sell stake at high price to the third party

Leading Spirit High -Tech (0606) announced to sharply offload 34% stake, or 6600 mln shares in China Dinicontent (1197) to the third party, cashing HK$600. After transaction, Leading Spirit High -Tech will only hold 12.3% in China Dinicontent .Leading Spirit High -Tech sold 6600 mln share in China Dinicontent at HK$0.09 per share which was 4 times higher than HK$0.018, the closing price of last trading day.
