vLink Global acquire web video shop for HK$255 mln

vLink Global (0563) announced that it had finished acquiring 85% shares of web video for HK$255 mln on February 23. The acquisition indicates that the two shareholders , Samsung (Korea) and General Electric(US) have become weak in the management of the company. Web video shop was valued at HK$306 mln, said the announcement.
