S.H KAI PROP expected no provision for property project in 2000 or 01

Kwok Ping Kwong Thomas,Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016), said it was expected that no provision would be made for property project at the end of June 2001.Enough provision had been made before June 2000 .He said although the final court had made decision that property developer should pay rental for un-development site, Sun Hung Kai Properties would not transfer the cost to buyers for reviving property market.
