Leading Spirit High -Tech to sell 34% China Dinicontent stake

Leading Spirit High -Tech(0606) and China Dinicontent(1197) announced that they havedsigned an agreement to sell 6.6 mln shares , accounted for 34% of the existing issued shares to Nuclear Investment Holdings for HK$600 mln. The price is about HK$0.09 each, 400% premium to its closing price of last Friday. After the dealing , the China Dinicontent shares held by Leading Spirit High -Tech went down to 12.34%.
