Restructure plan of CAAC submitted to State Council

Liu Jianfeng, chairman of CAAC announced the restructure plan of CAAC had been submitted to State Council. He said the restructure is at their willing. China International Airlines, China Southern Airlines(1055) and China Eastern Airlines(0670) will be bases of restructure and the bases of aviation will be set in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
