Leading Spirit and China Digic up 12% and 44% at midday

Leading Spirit High -Tech (0606) and China Dinicontent (1197) rose against the weak market. Ls high-tech announced to sell its 34%, or 6.6 bln of China Dinicontent Co. (1197) shares to the individual third parties at 4-fold premium high for gaining HK$0.6bln in cash. Ls high-tech closed at HK$0.028 at midday, up 12%. China Digic closed at HK$0.026 , up 44%.
