Amoy has no plans for new shares issue and privatization

Chairman of Amoy Properties(0101) said the debt of the company was less than HK$5 bln, within the groupˇ¦s reach , so the company didnˇ¦t plan to issue new shares to raise money .He also said it was just some investment banksˇ¦ opinion to reorganize and there was no necessity to reorganize or carry out priatization.Furthermore, he said Amoy Properties was actively looking for one or two other business flats platform out of property to bring profit to the group. He believed the details could be announced in a year and the relevant projects were not about telecom business.
