Shandong Xinhua to repurchase H shares after issuing more A shares

Li Yiwei ,Executive Director of Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical(0719) , said the company would repurchase H shares after increasing the A shares issue. The stake to be repurchased accounted for 10% of H shares . He said because there was a great disparity between the prices of A shares and H shares and repurchasing H shares was more beneficial to the company.
