New shareholder of PNF Food acquires the rest stake

PNF Food Holdings(0702) said the agreement that Sun Tian Gang ,Executive director of PNF Food, acquired 60.7% of the company at HK$1.00. had been reached . Mr Sun also proposed a suggestion to the other shareholders that he would pay in cash .
