Playmates accepts possible legal actions

Playmates Interactive Entertainment (0635) declared it had received a letter yesterday from its corporate shareholder Waddington Ltd. and its controlling shareholder Albert Chan.The company stated that the allegations were unfounded and groundless and that Playmates will proceed with the rights issue according to its timetable.
