Mangificent Estates to issue convertible bonds with 5% dividend

Mangificent Estates(0201) planned to raise HK$96.71 mln by issuing convertible bonds at converting price of HK$0.06 , 130% premium to the closing price HK$0.046 of yesterday. The bonds will mature in 18 months. Mangificent Estates will place 1.612 bln bonds and issue 645 mln warrants. Shun Ho Technology Holdings(0219), 49-pct owner of Mangificent Estates will subscribe 790 mln bonds for HK$47.42 mln.
