Join agreement delayed to Mar 10

Tem Fat Hing Fung (Holdings) Ltd.(0661) ,RNA Holdings Ltd.(0501) and Can Do Holdings Ltd.(0172) announced the signing of formal agreement of join of Cheung Kong and Hutchison group delayed from Mar 10 to Mar 17.Because of complication of trading and handling of agreements and documents, more time was needed to study conditions of agreements. The third auxiliary agreement was signed on Mar 10.
