Shi Guangsheng: hard to predicate time to enter WTO

Shi Guangsheng, minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation PRC, said it was hard for him and other officials to predicate concrete time to enter WTO. He said at the press for the ninth National Peopleˇ¦s Congress that the entry of WTO was a definite tendency and would come true in near future. But he added it was hard to predict a specific time to enter WTO He said the entry to WTO not only depended on China but also on WTO members, in particular some developed countriesˇ¦ political intentions.
