New World Dev rumored to gain HK$100 mln for holding Mingly for several years.

According to a European security analyst, New World Development (0017)owned shareholding of Mingly Corporation (0478)and it was expected to gain HK$0.1bln if selling its shares at privatizing price HK$0.7offered by Mingly.It is reported that New Word have owned Mingly shareholding for several years, and the related cost price was undeclared. He foresaw New Word would sell these shareholding in 2001.Mingly closed at HK$0.69 on a turnover of HK$1.441mln.
