Tai Ping Carpets acquires Bao Lung China¡¦s 10% stake for HK$4.368mln

Tai Ping Carpets International (0146) said that the company had acquired a 10% stake of Bao Lung China from Unison Pacific Investment(US) Limited (Unison), and it would pay in cash for the acquisition.
