Hong Kong Construction may be changed hands to the third party

Hong Kong Construction(0190) and China Everbright International(0257) announced that an independent third party was acquiring parts of Hong Kong Construction shares . China Everbright International , which controls 35.24% shares of Hong Kong Construction , and Hong Kong Construction itself might issue new shares accordingly. The independent third party may become the single leading shareholder of Hong Kong Construction. But at present , it can¡¦t be prospected whether it would request a whole acquisition as usual or not and no agreement has been reached. Hong Kong Construction has requested to resume trading today.
