Ta Fu leading shareholders plan to sell 7% stake

Ta Fu International(1041) announced Liu Ching-Chih and Yeung Mi-Ki , who held 21.1% shares of the company respectively , informed the company that they would sell at most 60 mln shares together at anytime after tomorrow . The shares to be sold accounted for 7.2% of the existing issued shares. Mr. Liu and Mr. Yeung hold 174.6 mln and 174.7 mln Ta Fu shares respectively.
