China DigiContent share consolidation proposal rejected

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - China DigiContent Co Ltd said a share consolidation proposal has been rejected by shareholders. In a statement, the company said the par value of the shares of the company will remain at 0.10 hkd each and the shares will also be traded in lots of 10,000 shares.
