Wah Tak Fung says reason for share price change unclear

Wah Tak Fung Holdings(0297) announced the reason for changes of its stock price to be unclear. No acquisition or sale transaction was under going except for the talks with banking creditor on delaying paying off the loans and looking for capital injection and investment projects. The stock ended the morning session at 4.1 HK cents, unchanged.
