China Dinicontent shareholders deny a shares merging suggestion

China Dinicontent(1197) announced that its shareholders had denied a suggestion of merging the shares. The company declared in a manifesto that par value of the shares would remain the same as HK$0.10 and the dealing unit would also remain as 10,000 shares
