Swire/SHK Properties sell 128 Ocean Shores units for private sale: report

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Swire Properties and Sun Hung Kai Properties have sold at least 128 units at the co-developed Ocean Shores residential project via private sale, the South China Morning Post cited market sources as saying. The sources said the average price of the 128 units was slightly higher than the average price of 2,988 hkd per square foot for the 36 units for public sale next Saturday. The sources said there were 750 prospective buyers registered for the private sale.
