Bank of East Asia completes FPB Bank acquisition, listing withdrawn

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Bank of East Asia said it has completed the acquisition of FPB Bank Holdings Co Ltd.	    In a statement, Bank of East Asia said the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has approved the withdrawal of FPB Bank's listing, effective from today.
